Soiled Dish Tables for your Commercial Restaurant Kitchen
Soiled dish tables, also known as a dirty dish table is designed to hold soiled dishes, utensils and glassware before they are washed and sanitized in the dishwasher.
They attach to one side of the dish washer and have a built in sink. A scrap basket is usually placed inside the sink to catch left over food that is sprayed off before entering the dish washer. The dish table has an option to install a disposal underneath the sink instead of using the scrap basket. They provide an area to store dirty dish racks before they get clean and sanitary.
All dish tables are available both on the right and the left of the dishwasher. A single hole deck mounted pre rinse sprayer is required for installation. Our tables are made of 16 gauge and 304 grade premium stainless steel.
All our soiled dish tables are NSF approved to pass your local health code and are compatible with all commercial dishwashers.
